What does it mean when you dont see Tidaling/Fluctuating?
It could mean 3 things:
1. that the line is kinked
2. there is a blood clot (hemathorax)
3. chest tube is up against the chest wall due to lung expansion (minimal fluctuations means that the chest tube needs to come out)
